Can you deliver and is there a charge?
Yes, we can deliver.
An €8 charge is added to deliveries within a ten mile radius, for any distances greater than this please contact us for a quote.
Can you deal with special dietary requirements? What substitutes do you use?
Having a dairy intolerance herself Iseult can make nearly all of her desserts both with dairy, or without. She can also cater for nut allergies, diabetics and vegans. Iseult uses soy products as well as low trans fat margarines as substitutes for dairy, while using alternative flours free from gluten, and natural sugar products or sugar free products in the case of diabetics.
Where are your products sourced from?
Iseult sources most of her products locally, getting the majority of her eggs from her own free range organic ducks and chickens. She also sources some products from France, where she trained.
Can you do tastings with individual clients?
Yes. But this can only be offered on larger orders to a value greater than €250. Iseult will happily talk with you via phone or email to find the best cake or dessert for you.
How long does it take to make?
Iseult needs at least four days notice on small orders and at least ten days notice on large orders.
When it comes to wedding cakes it is important to have at least three months notice in order to cater to the brides and grooms individual requirements, tastes and needs while also taking into account the special theme or style of the wedding.
Can you supply Cake Stands, plates and other party essentials?
No, unfortunately we are not yet able to supply party equipment at present.
How much will it cost?
Generally cakes cost €3.90 per portion, however the cost is dependant on the size and detail of your cake, and may vary from approximately €3 to €10 per portion. Please contact us for exact pricing.
